All classes are mixed ability and suitable for beginners. Classes run throughout the year; you can join any time, feel free to just turn up. If you have any health problems or questions feel free to contact me first.

• Unlimited classes for 5 consecutive weeks for £30 OR
• 1 Class per week for 5 consecutive weeks for £25 OR
• £6 per single class
